Offering Items for Auction
If you are able to help us by offering any item(s) for the auction, we ask that you are
[/li][li]Prepared to list the item in the relevant section of the auction
[/li][li]Prepared to send it out in a timely manner to the winning bidder
[/li][li]Prepared to cover the cost of the postage - bearing in mind that it may need to go overseas, given that Darcy has friends on both sides of the pond. If you prefer, please put UK only or USA only in the title of your auction item.
If you have an item which is too heavy to send by post, you can state FOR COLLECTION ONLY in your listing and the area that the item would need to be collected from. (So you would have to be prepared for someone to come to your home or wherever, to collect it from you).
If you have an item which is of high value and you feel that the item should be listed with a reserve price, please state the starting bid price clearly in your listing.
If you list an item and realise that you have made an error and you can't edit, please contact a memer of the admin team with a link to your listing and explain what needs altering!
Finally, if you are making a donation from your business, please include a link to your website within your listing ;D
Bidding in The Auction
The auction will begin at 8pm (UK time) on Wednesday 6th April and will close at 8.00pm (UK time) on Wednesday 13th April. Any bids made after this time will not count (eg, if your bid is registered by the forum at 8.01pm, it will not count).
Please make sure any bid increments are made by whole £s (pound stirling). Any bid which isn't a full pound (stirling) will be rounded up to the next pound by a moderator.
A number of items may have a specific starting bid price so please ensure that your bid is greater than the starting bid.
Payment will be by Paypal only and information on how to make your payment can be found in a pinned thread at the top of this forum.
Once you have won your items and paid, please make sure you provide your address and forum username so we know where to post the items to.
You will need to be registered on the forum to bid in the auction, otherwise we wouldn't know who you are but it only takes 2 minutes to register ;D Any bids made by an unregistered user will be deleted.
Please pay for your item(s) within 7 days of winning, otherwise the item(s) will be offered to the next highest bidder.
Please see the pinned thread at the top of this forum for details on how and where to pay ;D
